Ponzi Vineyards is hosting an unforgettable Valentine’s luncheon, featuring a four-course wine-paired meal from the ambiance of their Laurelwood Lounge. The menu, crafted by in-house Chef Nathan Jones, includes a Caviar Duo with Chips and Crème Fraîche paired with the crisp 2018 Ponzi Blanc de Blancs, and a Roasted Poussin with Wild Mushroom Pan Sauce harmonized by the velvety 2019 Ponzi Pinot Noir Reserve.
