Taste, savor and learn about the distinctive different processes for making Sparkling wine: forced carbonation, Charmant and Méthode Champenoise. Be “in the know” on your understanding of the wide range of bubbles by tasting with the Oregon Sparkling Wine Pioneer, Rollin Soles. You’ll also sample a base wine and discuss where the wine develops from there. Seminar concludes with a flight of RMS Sparkling Wine paired with cheeses.
