Hamacher Wines
About

Hamacher Wines is known for high-end, hand-crafted Oregon Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made by renowned winemaker, Eric Hamacher, who started his eponymous winery in 1995.

As a founder of the Carlton Winemakers Studio and a consultant winemaker to various brands throughout the valley, Eric is well-regarded for his commitment to creating quality, award winning wines from small lots and old vines.

In 2015, Hamacher Wines moved to the Ponzi Historic Estate. Established in 1970 and just minutes from Portland, this charming and important space is amongst towering firs and sits alongside one of the oldest vineyards in the Willamette Valley.

Our winery features a sprawling outdoor space, bocce ball courts, a recently remodeled event space, and some of the finest wines in the Valley. Reservations recommended but walk-ins welcome. A charcuterie board vending machine with fresh, small bites is also located in our tasting room.
