This is done to adjust the sweetness and flavor of the final sparkling wine and ensure that it is perfectly balanced.\nIn this installment of the Discovery Series, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about dosage from our Assistant Winemaker, Jarod Sleet. Jarod will guide you through the entire process of crafting RMS sparkling wines, explaining what he and Rollin look for when deciding how much or how little to add.
