- About us: Vidon Vineyard has 20 acres at 500 feet of elevation in the Chehalem Mountains with 5 ¼ acres of Pinot Noir planted so far. We will be Certified Sustainable and Salmon Safe this year. Vineyard management is focused on restraining vigor to help fruit reach the optimum balance between ripeness and sugar that will result in alcohol at moderate levels but still retain intense fruit flavors. A boutique winery on the vineyard practices minimal intervention in winemaking with indigenous fermentation and little or no additions.
