- About us:
Adelsheim Vineyard is comprised of 192 acres of Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, Pinot blanc, Tocai Friulano, Auxerrois and Syrah.
Our farming team uses a combination of field observations and science to allow our estate grown fruit to extract the unique flavor profile from the various terroirs in which our vines our grown. Farming practices are selected and implemented with sustainability and fruit quality in mind, allowing us to bring in beautiful clean fruit without adversely affecting our growing environment.
In the Chehalem Mountains AVA, we have four single vineyard Pinot noirs; while the Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Syrah say “Willamette Valley” on the label, all vineyard sources for theses wines are in the Chehalem Mountains.
Certification: Salmon Safe
